Italian awesomeness!

So lunch was SUCCESS served on a hot plate :)! Had a blast and food was delish!

I made one of my "creations" and was a success. I just love the mix of pesto and shrimp so I decided to put it on a pizza instead of pasta. Quick and easy delicious food.

Pesto and Shrimp Pizza:


Ingredients:

12 to 15 shrimps
150gr grated cheese
3 tbsp of pesto
oil
pizza dough

Heat oven at 220C.

Peel the shrimps and lightly cook them with a bit of oil in a pan.

Place pizza dough in the pizza oven plate and place in oven for about 2 mins. This helps prevent the dough from being soggy.

Add the cheese on the pizza and the cooked shrimps.

Cook pizza for about 8 to 10 mins.

Provolone Cheese
Pesto and Shrimp Pizza
Mozzarella (to try it)
Lasagna
Rucula, dried tomatos and parmesan salad (made by a friend)
Peras al Vino (Wine cooked pears made by a friend)
